The purpose of detoxing the brain is to let go of the accumulated stress build up in our body and mind. You relax deeply. You nurture intelligence by returning to the richness of the moment.
The meditation will impact the physical, the mental and the emotion aspects of your being. You will experience the effects of letting go and return to a state of relaxation in your body and mind.
NOTE: Bring your own yoga mat / training mat because we will be laying down on the floor in the end of the meditation. You can also bring a bottle of water.
You don’t need any previous experience, everyone is welcome. We recommend that you wear loose and comfortable clothes.
